Whistleblower policy
SimCorp Group (“SimCorp”) is committed to conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and guidelines. Hence the Whistleblowing policy defines relevant Compliance procedures for the implementation and maintenance of a Whistleblowing System, which allows employees and stakeholders to report information about suspected cases related to SimCorp, and breaches of internal policies and applicable laws. This policy helps prevent and investigate suspected illegal or unethical actions and ensures non-retaliation for protecting those who come forward, promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
SimCorp does its best to encourage great behavior and build an environment of trust and transparency - whether it's our team, clients, partners, or shareholders. The employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.

Do’s and Don’ts for you as a whistleblower
Do Report any unethical behavior or illegal activity you witness in good faith. Use the proper channels (such as the hotline or compliance officer) to report concerns. Provide clear and accurate information when reporting an issue. Cooperate with investigations while respecting confidentiality and company policies.
Don’t make false or malicious reports, as this can harm others and SimCorp. Never attempt to hide or ignore unethical behavior.
Don’t disclose sensitive information or the identity of the whistleblower without authorization. Avoid retaliation against colleagues who report concerns in good faith.
